Application of Backbone Nurses Combining with Video Instructional Model in the Training of Nursing Technical Proficiency

ObjectiveTo investigate the mode of care and guidance of the backbone with the video skills training in clinical care.Methods81 nurses in the training were divided as a unit into control group(41) and observation group(40).The control group was tested with the traditional method of training,the observation group with the backbone nurse training video guide mode.ResultsOperating test results of group 3 were significantly higher(P<0.05,P<0.01).ConclusionThe combination of care and the backbone of the training video guide mode method can help nurses to master the nursing skills effectively.The curriculum is flexible,easy to review,and the training costs were low and so on.The training model can help to improve the quality of training,optimizing the operation of the hospital training process.
