2型糖尿病伴高血压患者尿一氧化氮排量测定及其意义

摘    要:目的 探讨糖尿病伴高血压患者24h尿一氧化氮(NO)排量变化及其临床意义。方法 对46例糖尿病伴高血压病患者和64例无高血压的糖尿病患者进行24h尿NO排量、血NO水平以及血、尿血管内皮素(ET)的测定,并与对照组作对照观察。结果 伴高血压的糖尿病组尿NO排量、血NO 于单纯糖尿病,两者比较差异有显著性;但高于对照组,差异无显著性。单纯糖尿病组尿、血NO分别高于对照组,差异有显著性。结论 糖尿病伴高血压时尿NO变化与单纯糖尿病或非糖尿病的高血压病患者均有所不同,这既是糖尿病与高血压同时存在的结果,亦可能成为糖尿病和高血压并发症出现和发展的致病因素之一。

Abstract:Objective To determine the changing and its clinic significance of the quantity of the 24-hour urine NO release in diabetes patients with or without hypertention.Methods We tested the quantity of 24-hour urine NO releasing,blood NO level, urine ET and blood ET level in 46 diabetes patients with hypertention and in 64 diabetes patients without hypertention and in control group.Results The quantity of urine NO releasing, blood NO in diabetes patients with hypertention was significantly lower than the diabetes patients without hypertention and higher than control group.Conclusion The changing of urine NO in diabetes with hypertention is different from the diabetes without hypertention and hypertention without diabetes. This is the results of the combination of diabetes and hypertention. It would become the risk factors of diabetes and complication,hypertention occurring and developing.
