| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨血浆D-二聚体与肝硬化child-pugh分级及预后的关系。方法 分正常对照组、肝硬化A级、B级、C级、存活组、死亡组，测定各组血浆D-二聚体水平，采用t检验。结果 血浆D-二聚体水平随肝硬化child-pugh分级而递增，死亡组D-二聚体水平显著高于存活组。结论 D-二聚体是一项反映慢性肝损害的敏感指标，对估计预后有极重要的意义，并能反映患者潜在性DIC。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the relationship between plasma D-dimer and Cirrhosis chi1d-pugh classifi-
cation and prognosis. Methods To divide some patients into a control group, cirrhosis Grade A, Grade B and
Grade C, a survival group and a death group and determine the levels of plasma D-dimer in each group, with
t text. Results the levels of plasma D-dimer increased progressively with the cirrhosis child-pugh classification
the level in the dedth group was remarkably higher than that in the survival group. Conclusion: D-dimer is a
sensitive index showing the chronic damage to the liver, which is greatiy significant in predicting prognosis and
able to reflect the potential DIC of a patient. |
