| 摘 要： | 目的探讨ILK在卵巢癌组织中的表达及意义。方法采用SP免疫组化法检测30例卵巢癌组织中ILK的表达情况。结果 ILK表达高的卵巢癌恶性程度更高（P〈0.05）,且ILK的表达转移组高于未转移组（P〈0.05）。结论 ILK可以作为卵巢癌抗原,它的表达情况对于临床分型,判断预后有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the expression and significance of ILK in ovarian carcinoma tissue.Methods: The expression of ILK was detected by immunohistochemistry technique in 30 patients with ovarian cancer.Results:The higher the expression of ILK,the more malignant the ovarian cancer were(P<0.05).The expression of ILK in the group of transferred was higher than that of non(P<0.05).Conclusions:ILK could be a antigen of ovarian carcinoma,which is Intended meaning to level the cancer and judge the prognosis. |
