超声引导下应用中心静脉导管对少量胸腔积液的穿刺引流

目的评价超声引导下中心静脉导管在少量胸腔积液穿刺引流中的应用价值。方法166例少量胸腔积液患者分成两组，A组87例，超声引导下应用中心静脉导管穿刺引流，B组79例，超声定位后行传统胸穿。结果A组平均抽得积液量348ml，明显高于B组233ml，两组间有显著性差异（P〈0．01）。术后超声检查，A组胸腔内无明显积液，B组仍见少量积液。结论超声引导下应用中心静脉导管穿刺引流少量胸腔积液创伤小、不良反应少、抽液彻底，值得，临床推广应用。

Drainage of small amounts of pleural effusion with central venous catheter guided by ultrasound

Objective To evaluate the value of drainage for small amounts of pleural effusion using central venous catheter guided by ultrasound. Methods Totally, 166 cases with small amounts ofpleural efffussion were divided into two groups （87 cases in group A with central venous catheter ,while 79 cases in group B with traditional method ）. The effnsion was drained under the guidance of ultrasound. Results The average amounts of effusion in group A was 348ml, obviously higher than 233mi in group B, showing significant differences between the two groups （P〈0.01）.There was no obvious liquid in the thoracic cavity exanfined by ultrasound after drainage in group A, however ,there was still some liquid detected in group B. Conclusion Drainage for small amounts ofpleural effusion using central venous catheter guided by ultrasound is an effective method, which has the advantages of minor invasion, few adverse effects, and small residance of liquid.
