人工流产中两种镇痛方法的临床观察

目的比较两种镇痛方法对人工流产的临床效果。方法选择160例人流患者,年龄20~42岁,停经40~70 d,无人流禁忌证者。将其分为A、B两组,每组80例。A组用14号导尿管经宫颈插入4.0 cm,缓慢注入2%利多卡因5.0 mL;B组用芬太尼0.3~0.5μg/kg缓注,待病人嗜睡后给予丙泊酚2.5 mg/kg。结果B组镇痛效果优于A组,B组宫颈松弛优于A组。人流反应B组优于A组。结论芬太尼与丙泊酚局部麻醉用于人流术中,临床效果优于利多卡因。

Clinical Observation on Artificial Abortion with Two Analgesia Methods

Objective To compare the curative effect of two analgesia methods for artificial abortion. Methods 160 cases of such patient aged 20 - 40 year old who stopped menses 40 - 70 d without contraindication were divided into two group 80 cases per each. The group A was performed with 14F urethral catheter in the uterus cavity 4.0 cm and perfuse lidocaine 5 mL. The group B was performed with fentanyl 0.3 - 0.5 ug/kg and then propafol. Results The analgesia effect, relax of cervix and abortion reaction were better in group B than those in group A. Conclusion The fentanyl and propofol were better in curative effect of artificial abortion than those that of lidocaine.
