改良踝关节后外侧入路治疗三踝骨折的临床应用

目的评价改良踝关节后外侧入路在治疗三踝骨折中的效果。方法回顾性分析50例资料完整的病例,所有病例按Lauge-Hansen进行分型,全部行改良踝关节后外侧入路开放复位内固定,平均随访9个月。结果根据Baird-Jackson评分评定,优42例,良6例,可2例。结论改良踝关节后外侧入路治疗三踝骨折具有显露充分,复位固定满意的优点,临床效果优良。

Treatment of Trimalleolar Fracture with Modified Posterior-lateral Approach of Ankle

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of the modified posterior-lateral approach in trimalleolar fracture. Method Retrospective analysis of the clinical efficacy of 50 patients of open reduction and internal fixation with modified posterior-lateral approach of ankle. All the cases are classified by the Lange-Hansen type and followed 9 months in average. Results Assess by the Baird-Jackson standard there are 42 excellent cases, 6 good cases and 2 fair cases. Conclusion The modified posteriolateral approach of ankle might have good expose and result and utilize this approach to treat trimalleolar fractures might have fairly good clinical effects.
