| 摘 要： | 本文比较了8名正常妇女妊娠时和非妊娠时的银染核仁形成区(Ag-NOR)频率,发现妊娠时Ag-NOR频率和10个NOR全部银染数明显高于非妊娠的数值。本研究证实了人类全部NOR均有潜在活性,Ag-NOR数不仅是遗传特征,也受内外环境变化的影响。Ag-NOR数目的改变可能是非特异性改变,且并非是肿瘤病人所特有的改变。

| Abstract: | The Ag-stained nucleolus organizer regions(Ag-NORs) in lymphocytes of 8normal pregnant women were studied during and after pregnancy. The frequencies of Ag-NORs on D, G, and D+G group chromosomes and acrocentric chromosome associations (Ag-AA)on D-G group chromosomes were significantly higher in the pregnant women(P<0.05, <0.05, <0.001, <0.05). The frequency of all the 10 NORs stained in the pregnant women was also significantly higher than that of after pregnancy. The result showed that all NORs of human have potential activity and the number of Ag-NORs of human was not only a hereditary character but also influenced by various environmental factors. The increase number of Ag-NORs was not a specific change for the tumor patients but a non-specific change under various conditions. |
