张仲景妇科血瘀学说学术思想探析

张仲景《金匮要略》对妇科血瘀证的病因病机、证候特点及其方药治疗进行了较为完备的论述,其病因病机可概括为风邪致瘀、气滞血瘀、寒凝血瘀、热灼血瘀、水与血结、出血成瘀、经产留瘀、瘀血留着积久成癥8个方面,其临床表现可有腹痛、经水不利、经候不匀、闭经、阴道出血、发热、癥瘕积聚、肌肤甲错、两目黯黑、唇口干燥、舌质紫黯有瘀点,脉涩不利、虚、迟、实、弦、紧等脉。治疗根据不同的病因病机分别采用活血化瘀、活血消癥、破血逐瘀、行气活血、温经活血、清热活血、行水活血等诸法,并创立了红蓝花酒、土瓜根散、桂枝茯苓丸、下瘀血汤、抵当汤、枳实芍药散、温经汤、当归生姜羊肉汤、小柴胡汤、大承气汤、大黄甘遂汤、当归散、白术散等一批着有疗效的方药,从而建立了较为完备的中医妇科血瘀学说。

Study on the Theory of Blood Stasis about Zhang Zhongjing Gynaecology

The research have found that Zhang-zhongjing had established the theory of blood stasis about gynaecology in which had been discussed particularly the cause of disease and pathogenesis,the peculiarity of syndrome and the treatment of the blood stasis about gynaecology.
