| 摘 要： | 通过研究标准与创新关系,以期提高创新水平、促进标准制定,从而实现中医药事业的稳步发展。中医药标准是创新的根本,标准反映了创新的成果;中医药标准决定创新的发展方向;标准的实施有助于创新成果的转化;中医药的创新水平对标准水平起决定性作用;创新的速度影响标准的更新速度。

| Abstract: | Our objective is to achieve the steady development of traditional Chinese medicine through researching the rela tionship between standards and innovation, improving the level of innovation, and promoting the establishment of acupuncture standards. Standards are the foundation of innovation. Standards reflect the fruits of innovation. The standards of traditional Chi nese medicine determine the direction of development of innovation while the implementation of standards contribute to the trans formation of the results of innovation. The innovation level plays a decisive role in the level of standard and the innovative speed affects the standards updating speed. |
