| 摘 要： | 本文对最近5-8年来国内外防治心肌缺血/再灌注损伤(MIRI)的机制研究进行了总结和归纳,试图使在防治心肌缺血/再灌注损伤中调控线粒体通透性转换孔(mPTP)开放机制的研究方面有所发现,为防治心肌缺血再灌注损伤提供更多更有力的理论依据。

| Abstract: | In this paper, we reviewed and summarized the research .of domestic and international mechanisms for the preven tion of myocardial isehemia - reperfusion injury in the last 5 - 8 years, trying to discovery the prevention of myocardial ischemia - reperfusion injury in the regulation of the mitochondrial permeability transition pore （mPTP）open meehanism studies and provi ding more powerful theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of myocardial ischemia - reperfusion injury. |
