中西医结合治疗牙周病临床观察

目的:探讨中西医结合治疗牙周病的临床疗效。方法:选择本院2010年1月—2012年6月收治的100例牙周病患者作为研究对象,其中,观察组50例患者采用中西医结合治疗,而对照组50例患者采用常规治疗措施,比较两组患者的临床效果。结果:治疗后,观察组患者的总有效率为98.00%,明显高于对照组患者,且差异具有明显统计学意义(P<0.05),而且观察组患者的PI、BI、PD、AL等指标改善情况明显优于对照组患者,且差异具有明显统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗牙周病具有十分显著的疗效,较大程度上改善患者的生活质量,值得临床广泛推广和应用。

Clinical Efficacy Observation of Integrative Medicine in Treatment of Periodontal Disease

Objective：To investigate the clinical efficacy of Integrative Medicine in treatment of periodontal disease. Methods： 100 cases of periodontal disease were admitted as objects of this study,including observed group of 50 patients were treated with combination therapy, while the control group of 50 patients were treated with conventional treatment measures ,the clinical effects of two groups were compared. Results ： After treatment, the observed group＇ s with total effective rate was 98.00%, significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ,and PI, BI,PD,AL and other indieators in the observed group were improved significantly than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically sig- nificant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Integrative Medicine in treatment of periodontal disease has a very significant effect, and it is worthy of clinical application.
