冠心病中医辨证分型与踝臂指数及脉搏波速的相关性研究

目的:分析冠心病中医辨证分型与ABI及PWV的相关性。方法:收集住院经冠状动脉造影检测确定为冠心病的患者100例,进行中医辨证分型,同时应用无创动脉硬化检测仪的血管功能性指标ABI、PWV,采用SPSS 15.0软件进行统计分析。结果:100例冠心病患者中,痰浊血瘀型23例,气滞血瘀型22例,气虚血瘀型24例,气阴两虚兼血瘀型31例,四型中ABI异常率无统计学意义(P>0.05),PWV异常率有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:冠心病中医辨证分型与PWV异常率有一定相关性。

Research on Relationship Between TCM Syndrome Differentiation and Ankle Brachial Index and Pulse Wave Velocity of Coronary Heart Disease

Objective：To examine the relationship between ankle brachial index（ABI） and pulse wave velocity（PWV） and the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome-type in coronary heart disease （CHD）. Methods：100 patients who had been diagnosed as CHD by coronary angiography were taken to be measured by atherosclerosis detector to get vascular functional indexes （ABI, PWV） and analyzed the characteristic of TCM syndrome-type of different outcome results of ABI and PWV by SPSS15.0. Results： In these 100 cases of CHD,the numbers of turbid phlegm and blood stasis, Qi stagnation and blood stasis, Qi deficiency and blood stasis and Qi and Yin deficiency and blood stasis were 23,22,24,31. The abnormal rate of PWV had significant differences among these four syndrome-types （ P 〈 0.05 ）, while the abnormal rate of ABI didn＇ t have （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： There is significant correlation between the abnormal rate of PWV and TCM syndrome-type in CHD.
