温经散寒脐贴治疗寒湿凝滞型原发性痛经患者的疗效观察

目的:观察温经散寒脐贴对寒湿凝滞型痛经患者的临床疗效。方法:选取116例寒湿凝滞型痛经患者,随机分成观察组(60例)和对照组(56例),对照组常规西药对症治疗,观察组在对照组的治疗用药基础上加用中药脐贴治疗。每周期治疗时间共4天,治疗4个周期,治疗结束后评价两组的治疗效果。治疗结束后3个月,随访统计复发情况。结果:治疗结束后观察组临床痊愈22例(36.67%),显著高于对照组11例(19.64%)(P<0.05),观察组总有效率93.33%,对照组总有效率73.21%,两组具有显著差异(P<0.01)。对不同程度痛经患者分别统计疗效发现,观察组中中度痛经患者的总有效率为96.88%,显著高于对照组中中度痛经患者的治疗总有效率70.79%。(P<0.05)。治疗结束3个月后,观察组有14例患者症状复发,显著低于对照组28例(P<0.01)。结论:温中散寒脐贴可以提高寒湿凝滞型痛经患者的临床疗效。

Clinical Effects of Warming Channel and Expelling Cold Umbilical Stick on Treating Primary Dysmenorrhea of Cold -Damp Stagnation Type

Objective ：To obselve the clinical effects of Warming Channel and Expelling Cold Umbilical Stick in treating prima ry dysmenorrhea of cold damp stagnation type. Methods ：116 patients with primary dysmenorrhea of cold damp stagnation type were randomized into a treatment group（60 patients）and a control group （56 patients ）. The control group was treated by conven tional treatment, and the treatment group was treated by Wanning Channel and Expelling Cold Umbilical Stick, in additional to conventional treatment. The therapeutic effects would be compared after treatment. Results：After treatment, the cure rate and total effective rate of treatment group were 36.67 % and 93.33 % , better than 19.64% and 73.21% of the control group with statistical significance. Comparing the therapeutic effects of different severity of primary dysmenorrhea separately, the cure rate of middle class patients in treatment group （96.88%） was significantly higher than that of control group （70.97%）. 3 month after treat ment, the recurrence rate of treatment group was significantly lower than the control group （ p 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion ： The Warming Channel and Expelling Cold Umbilical Stick can improve the curative effect of primary dysmenorrhea of cold damp stagnation type.
