排石止痛汤联合间苯三酚治疗结石性肾绞痛临床观察

目的:探讨中药对结石性肾绞痛的临床疗效。方法:将100例患者随机分为两组,对照组46例使用间苯三酚治疗,观察组54例加用排石止痛汤治疗。观察患者临床症状和体征、结石变化情况、不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组和对照组显效率分别为64.81%、26.09%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);总有效率分别为87.03%、68.70%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组患者结石平均横径为(0.60±0.36)cm,平均长径为(0.64±0.38)cm,均小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗期间均未见明显不良反应。结论:排石止痛汤联合间苯三酚对结石性肾绞痛的临床疗效安全可靠,可缩短止痛时间,优于单纯西药治疗。

Clinical Observation of Paishi Zhitong Decoction Combined with Phloroglucinol in Treatment of Calculus of Renal Colic

Objective：To study the clinical curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine to treat renal stone colic. Methods： 100 patients were randomly divided into two groups. 46 patients were treated with phloroglucinol in control group,and 54 cases of observation group were treated with Paishi Zhitong Decoction. The patients＇ clinical symptoms and signs, stone changes, adverse reaction occurrence and recurrence rate were observed. Results ：The observation group and control group effective rate was respeclively 64. 81%, 26. 09%, and the difference had statistical significance （P 〈 0. 01 ）. The total effective rate was 87. 03%, 68.70% , and the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05）. In observation group after treatment, calculi average diameter was （0.60± 0.36） em,and the average length to diameter was （0.64 ±0.38） era,and was less than that of the control group, and the difference had statistical significance （P 〈 0. 05 ）. In the two groups, no obvious adverse reaction was tbund in all patients during treatment. And followed up for 3 months,the recurrence rates of observation group and control group were respectively 5. 56% and 21.74% and the difference had statistical significance （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： Paishi Zhitong Decoction combined with phloroglucinol in lrcatment of calculus of renal colic is safe and reliable and can shorten the pain time, reduce the recurrence, and is superior to take western medicine treatment alone.
