脊背六法治疗小儿脑性瘫痪回顾性疗效分析

目的:分析脊背六法推拿在小儿脑性瘫痪(CP)中的应用,改良脑瘫患儿的脊背部推拿疗法。方法:通过对49例辽宁中医药大学附属医院儿科康复疗区2012年门诊及住院的脑性瘫痪患儿的发病特点、临床辨证、高危因素分析及运用"脊背六法"推拿治疗的预后转归等方面进行回顾性分析。结果:对脑瘫高危儿进行脊背六法推拿早期干预可有效减轻患儿的发病情况。患儿年龄、早产、高危因素数、推拿次数与GMFM得分差值进行有序多分类Logistic回归分析,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:脊背六法推拿治疗小儿脑性瘫痪有良好的临床疗效,年龄、早产、高危因素是影响患儿运动发育功能进步的因素。

Retrospective Clinical Curative Effect Analysis of Jibei Liufa Massage in Treatment of Children with Cerebral Palsy

Objective ：To explore Jibei Liufa massage in treatment of children with cerebral palsy （CP） and to improve Ridge back massage therapy. Methods ： Retrospective analysis of characteristics of the disease was applied. 49 cases by Pediatric Rehabilitation Therapy Area of Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 2012 of outpatient and inpatient children with cerebral palsy were selected to analyze the clinical characteristics, risk factors, clinical syndrome and the use of the prognosis of Jibei Liufa massage therapy. Results ： On early intervention, Jibei Liufa massage can effectively reduce the incidence. There was statistical significance based on the patients＇ age, premature delivery,risk factors, massage times and the GMFM score difference of ordinal logistic regression analysis （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： The Jibei Liufa massage in the treatment of children with cerebral palsy has good clinical curative effect and age, premature delivery, risk factors are the factors affecting the function of the children with motor development progress.
