推按运经仪穴位电刺激联合中药熏蒸治疗膝类风湿关节炎的疗效观察

目的:探讨推按运经仪穴位电刺激联合中药熏蒸治疗膝类风湿关节炎的疗效。方法:选取我院膝类风湿关节炎患者52例,随机分为研究组及对照组,每组26例,研究组行推按运经仪电刺激犊鼻、内膝眼、鹤顶、梁丘以及中药熏蒸,对照组采用口服美洛昔康联合甲氨蝶呤。6周后观察患者症状改善情况及血沉、类风湿因子含量。结果:治疗后研究组症状改善明显优于对照组(P<0.005)。治疗后两组血沉、类风湿因子含量均低于治疗前(P<0.05),而两组相比均无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:推按运经仪穴位电刺激联合中药熏蒸治疗膝类风湿关节炎能一定程度上改善患者症状,降低血沉、类风湿因子含量,疗效满意。

Clinical Research on Treatment Effects of Meridian - Pressing Instrument by Acupoint Stimulating and Herb Fumigation and Steaming Therapy on Knee Rheumatoid Arthritis

Objective ： To study the effectiveness of Meridian Pressing instrument by acupoint stimulating and the herb fumi gation and steaming therapy on knee rheumatoid ailhritis. Methods：52 cases of knee rheumatoid arthritis patients in our hospital were selected and randomly divide into 2 groups：the experimental group （26 cases） and the control group （26 cases）. The exper imental group treated patients through Meridian Pressing Instrument stimulating Dubi, Neixiyan, Heding, Liangqiu points and the herb fumigation and steaming therapy,while the control group took Meloxicam Tablets and Methotrexate. Six weeks later, the pa tients＇symptomatic improvement and the content of erythrocyte sedimentation rate and rheumatoid factors were observed. Results： After treating six weeks, the clinical symptoms in the experimental group were better than that of the control group （P 〈 0. 005 ）. The content of erythrocyte sedimentation rate and i＇heumatoid factors were lower than those before in two groups （P 〈 0. 05 ）, but there was no marked difference between two groups （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Meridian Pressing instrument by acupoint stimula ting and the herb fumigation and steaming therapy can partly improve patients symptoms and reduce the content of erythrocyte sedimentation rate and rheumatoid factors. The remedy is satisfied.
