中药辨证取穴、择时敷贴治疗小儿肺炎120例

目的:探讨辨证取穴、择时敷贴对小儿肺炎急性期的临床疗效。方法:通过对2011年4月—12月120例小儿肺炎不同证型进行辨证配穴,并运用子午流注时间针灸理论,择时敷贴,观察其临床疗效。结果:在肺炎风热闭肺、痰热闭肺期,与对照组、治疗组A相比、治疗组B在发热、喘促、咳嗽、咳痰及肺部罗音消失等症状改善之间有显著性差异(P<0.05),从病程看,与对照组、治疗组A相比、治疗组B在缩短患者病程有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:辨证取穴、择时敷贴在改善患儿主要临床症状,缩短肺炎病程疗效优于传统敷贴。

Clinical Observation of Traditional Chinese Medicine Dialectical Acupoint Selection and Timing Application of 120 Cases of Pneumonia in Children

Objective：To explore the clinical curative effect of dialectical point selection and timing application on acute pneu monia in children. Methods：Through 120 cases of pneumonia from April 2011 to December 2011 treated with dialectical acu-points, and the use of midnight - noon ebb - flow acupuncture theory, timing application,its clinical curative effect was observed. Results ： In the pneumonia wind - heat blocking lung and phlegm heat obstructing lung period, compared with the control group and treatment group A ,there were significant differences of dyspnea, cough, expectoration and pulmonary rales in fever in group B （P 〈 0.05 ）. From the course of the disease ,compared with the control group and treatment group A ,treatment group had significant differences （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Cottclusion ： The dialectical point selection and timing application is superior to the traditional plaster in improvement of main clinical symptoms and shortening pneumonia course.
