理气化痰法治疗抑郁症临床观察

目的:观察理气化痰法治疗抑郁症的临床疗效。方法:将60例轻中度抑郁症患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组各30例。治疗组给予理气化痰中药治疗;对照组给予氟西汀,连续治疗6周,采用HAMD量表,评定两组患者的疗效,并观察其不良反应。结果:两组患者治疗后HAMD评分均降低,其降低的幅度及疗效评定无显著性差异(P>0.05),但对照组不良反应发生率高于治疗组。结论:中药理气化痰法治疗轻中度抑郁症和西药氟西汀有着相似的疗效,但在减轻不良反应、增加患者对药物的耐受性方面有着较大的优势。

Observation of Regulating Qi for Eliminating Phlegm Method for Treatment of Depression

Objective：To observe the effect of regulating Qi ｜or eliminating phlegm method for treatment of depression. Methods ：60 cases of mid-to-moderate depression patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, and 30 cases of eaeil group. The patients in the treatment were given the treatment of regulating Qi for eliminating phlegm method and the patients in the control group were given fluexetine. After treatment for 6 weeks ,the efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups were assessed. Results ： Compared with the indexes of the two groups, HAMD scale both of them were reduced. There was no signitleant difference between the treatment group and control group （ P 〉 0. 05 ） , but the treatment group had few adverse reactions. Conclusion ：The effect of method of regulating qi for eliminating phlegm in the treatment of depression is equivalent to fluxetine, but it has tewer adverse reactions and greater drug tolerance.
