| 摘 要： | 目的:观察电针结合TDP治疗周围性面瘫的临床疗效。方法:将92例患者随机分为电针结合TDP治疗组(48例)和单纯电针对照组(44例)。结果:电针结合TDP治疗组总有效率为100.00%(48/48),明显优于单纯电针组的97.72%(43/44),两组比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:电针结合TDP治疗周围性面瘫有较好的临床疗效,在基层医院值得推广。

| Abstract: | Objective ：To observe the clinical effect of electro acupuncture plus TDP for the treatment of peripheral facial pa ralysis. Methods ：92 patients were randomly divided into treatment group with electro acupuncture plus TDP （48 cases） and con trol group with simple electro acupuncture group（44 cases）. Results;The total effective rate was 100.00% （48/48）in the treat ment group which was better than 97.72% （43/44） !n the control group. The two groups had significant difference in the total ef fective rate （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： It has a good clinical effect for electro acupuncture plus TDP in the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis. |
