中医四诊护理在老年患者普外科术后中的应用

目的:探讨中医四诊护理在老年患者普外科术后的应用效果。方法:选择2011年7月—2012年12月入住本院普外科行手术治疗的老年患者114例,按就诊顺序单双号分为两组,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予中医四诊护理,观察比较两组患者护理满意度、住院时间和并发症情况。结果:观察组护理满意率98.2%,明显高于对照组86.0%,观察组住院时间(10.2±6.5)天和并发症3.5%(2/57)明显短于(少于)对照组((18.4±8.7)天、12.3%(7/57),数据比较有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:老年患者普外科术后应用中医四诊护理,能够有效减少并发症的发生和住院时间,提高患者护理满意率,具有积极的临床意义。

Chinese Medical Care in Elderly Patients after Surgery Applications

Objective ：To explore the effect of Chinese medical care in elderly patients after surgery application. Methods：114 cases of surgical hospital stay in July 2011 - December 2012 were divided into two groups based on odd and even numbers according to treatment sequence. The control group received routine care, and the observation group added traditional Chinese medicine four diagnostic cares, observing and comparing the patients＇ care satisfaction, length of stay and complications in two groups. Results：The treatment group＇s satisfaction rate was 98.2% which was significantly higher than that of the observation group （ 86. 0% ）. The hospitalization time （ 10.2 ± 6.5） days and complications in 3.5 % （2/57） of treatment group were significantly shorter than （ less than） those of the control group （ 18.4 ± 8.7 ） days, 12.3 % （7/57） ], the data was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05 or P 〈 0. 01 ）. Cortclusion：For elderly patients after surgery ,four diagnostic care applications effectively reduce the incidence of complications and hospitalization time and improve patient care satisfaction rate ,with a positive clinical significance.
