石斛汤治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕症疗效观察

目的:观察石斛汤治疗多囊卵巢综合征的疗效,并探讨其机理。方法:将60例多囊卵巢综合征不孕症患者随机分为对照组(单独应用克罗米芬)和实验组(石斛汤+克罗米芬),每组30例,连续观察3个月经周期,统计每组排卵例数及妊娠例数、周期应用克罗米芬总量,测定排卵前卵泡平均直径、最大最小直径差值、子宫内膜厚度及每组A、B、C型内膜例数。结果:实验组与对照组排卵例数、排卵前卵泡平均直径相近,比较无显著性差异(P>0.05);实验组妊娠例数、排卵前子宫内膜厚度均高于对照组,卵泡最大直径与最小直径差值、周期用药量少于对照组,比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),且实验组中A、B型内膜形态多于对照组。结论:应用石斛汤可减少克罗米芬的应用;促使卵泡生长、变圆;促进子宫内膜增长,改善子宫内膜类型,从而提高子宫内膜容受性,提高妊娠率。

Curative Effect of Dendrobium Decoction Treating Polycystic Ovary Syndrome Infertility

Objective：To observe the curative effect of Dendrobium Deeoetion in the treatment of pnlycystie ovary syndrome, and to explore its mechanism. Methods：Sixty cases of polycystic ovary syndrome inlertility patients were randomly divided into treatment group （dendrobium Decoction ＋ Clomiphene treatment） and control group （Clomiphene treatment alone） ,each group of 30 patients, with continuous observation of three menstrual cycles. The ovulation rate and pregnancy rate of each group were calculated. The total amount of each cycle used clomiphene,test follieular average diameter before ovulation, minimal and maximal diameter difference,cndometrial thickness and each of A, B, C type of endometrial cases. Results：The cases of ovulation and the average diameter of tbllielc betbre ovulation were close in two groups, and there was no significant difference between two groups （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Experimental group＇s cases of pregnancy and endometrial thickness before ovulation were higher than that of control group,but the minimal and maximal diameter difference and total amount of each eycle using clomiphene were less than those of the control group with more obvious difference（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The case of A and B type of endometrial in the experimental group was more than that in the control group. Conclusion：Application of Dendrobium Decoction can reduce dosage of clomiphene ,encourage follicle growth,promote endometrium growth,improve the endometrial types,improve the receptivity of endometrium and increase pregnancy rate.
