动态血压监测在评价高血压病治疗疗效中的应用

目的:分析动态血压检测中各观察指标的应用规律。方法:检索CNKI中国学术文献网络出版总库中有关动态血压检测和高血压病疗效评价的文献,对符合筛选条件的文献进行统计分析,提取其中采用的动态血压监测观察指标并录入数据库中。结果:共纳入文献103篇,观察指标12个,其中24 h平均收缩压、舒张压使用总频次为101次,日间平均收缩压、舒张压88次,夜间平均收缩压、舒张压88次,谷峰比65次,血压负荷44次。结论:24 h平均收缩压、舒张压,日间平均收缩压、舒张压,夜间平均收缩压、舒张压,谷峰比和血压负荷是最常用的观察指标,对于评价高血压病的治疗疗效有很高的价值。

Analysis of Application of Ambulatory Blood Pressure Monitor in Evaluation of Therapeutic Efficiency in Treatment of Hypertension

Objective： To analyze the application rules of each observation index in Ambulatory Blood Pressure Monitor （ABMP）. Methods：The literatures about ABMP and efficiency evaluation in the treatment hypertension are retrieved in the China Academic Journal Network Publishing Database of CNKI. The indexes of ABMP in the literatures matching the screening criteria will be analyzed and input into a database. Results ： A total of 103 literatures matched the filter criteria. There were 12 observation indexes in ABMP in these literatures. 24 - hour mean systolic and diastolic blood pressure were used for 101 times, while day mean systolic and diastolic blood pressure 88 times, night mean systolic and diastolic blood pressure 88 times, trough -peak ratio 65 times, and blood pressure load 44 times. Conclusion ： The 24 - hour mean systolic and diastolic blood pressure, day mean systolic and diastolic blood pressure, night mean systolic and diastolic blood pressure, trough - peak ratio, blood pressure load were most commonly used,which had a high value in the evaluation of therapeutic efficiency in the treatment of hypertension.
