耳穴贴压加穴位按摩对剖宫产术后母乳喂养的影响探讨

目的:探讨耳穴贴压加穴位按摩对剖宫产术后母乳喂养的影响。方法:选择我院2011年3月—2013年2月收治的126例行剖宫产手术患者(初产妇)的临床资料,其中,对照组59例产妇采用常规护理措施,而观察组67例产妇采用耳穴贴压加穴按摩护理措施,比较两组产妇的母乳喂养情况。结果:通过耳穴贴压加穴位按摩的干预,在产后30 d、60 d、90 d,观察组泌乳量充足产妇的例数明显高于对照组产妇,且组间差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组的新生儿每天哺乳次数均明显低于对照组新生儿,且组间差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05),产后60 d、90 d,观察组的新生儿的代乳品使用例数均明显低于对照组新生儿,且组间差异明显(P<0.05)。结论:采用耳穴贴压加穴位按摩可大大促进剖宫产术后母乳喂养,促进产妇乳汁分泌,值得临床应用。

Effect of Auricular Acupressure Combined with Acupoint Massage on Breast Feeding after Cesarean

Objective ：To investigate the impact of auricular acupressure combined with acupoint massage on breastfeeding after cesarean. Methods ：126 puerpera with cesarean were divided into two groups,including the control group of 59 cases using conven- tional measures and the observation group of 67 cases using auricular acupressure point massage plus nursing interventions. Re- sults：After 30 d,60 d,90 d,with auricular acupressure plus interventions,the adequate maternal milk yield in observation group was significantly higher, and differences between groups were statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The daily feeding of the newborn in observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group. The number of newborns, and the differences between two groups were statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The observation group of newborns number of patients using dairy products were significantly lower than those of the control group of infants, and the difference between the groups was significantly （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Auricular acupressure combined with acupoint massage on breast feeding after cesarean can greatly facilitate breast feeding after cesarean section, and it is worthy of clinical application.
