| 摘 要： | 为探讨电刺激小脑顶核（fastigial nucleus,FN)对眼循环障碍性疾病的疗效，应用脑循环功能治疗仪刺激FN，治疗28例眼循环功能障碍疾病，观察治疗前后视力，视野，视网膜电图的改变。结果显示：电刺激FN后视网膜中央动脉栓塞8例中7例视力增加，6例视野范围扩大；缺血性视乳头病变7例8只眼有7只眼视力改善，5只眼视野扩大；10例视神经挫伤中8例视力提高，3例高度近视眼中2例视力改善。提示：电刺激FN是治疗眼循环障碍疾病的一种新的，有效的方法。

| Abstract: | Twenty eight patients with ischemic ophthalmopathy were treated by electrical stimulation of fastigial nucleus (FN). The visual acuity, visual field and electroretinogram were examined before and after the treatment. The results showed that after treated with electrical stimulation of FN, visual acuity of 7 eyes and visual field of 6 eyes in 8 cases of central retinal artery occlusion (CRAO) were improved. Visual acuity of 7 eyes and visual field of 5 eyes in 7 cases of ischemic optic neuropathy (IONP) were improved. Visual acuity of 8 eyes in 10 cases of trauma optic nerve (TON) was improved. In 2 cases of 3 myopia, the visual acuity was improved. It was suggested that electrical stimulation of FN is an effective method to treat ischemic ophthalmopathy. |
