| 摘 要： | 目的探讨颅底硬膜外表皮样囊肿恶变的临床特征及预后。方法报告颅底硬膜外表皮样囊肿恶变1例,结合相关文献分析其临床、影像学及病理特点,探讨其诊断、治疗及预后。结果颅底硬膜外表皮样囊肿恶变临床比较少见。影像学对表皮样囊肿典型病例诊断不难,恶变病例较困难,常需术后病理。外科治疗为首选。结论表皮样囊肿恶变机制目前不清,治疗应在手术切除基础上给予放射和化学治疗,预后欠佳。
