十二指肠钩虫不同蚴龄感染小白鼠的实验研究

用蚴龄20d、40d 和60d 的幼虫,分别感染了3～4个月的小白鼠,每鼠经左腹部感染幼虫300条。在感染24h,3组幼虫均移行至肺脏,但在70d 后肺部仍有幼虫;自感染9d 后蚴龄20d 先移行至小肠,于11d 后蚴龄40d 和蚴龄60d 亦达小肠;感染24h 至70d 各部位组织均可检出未发育的Ⅲ期幼虫。

EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON THE MICE INFECTED BY THE VARIOUS STAGE LARVAE OF ANCYLOSTOMA DUODENALE

30mice about 3 to 4 months were infected by the 20.,40 and 60 days stage larvae of ancylostoma duodenale respectively.These mice were divided into 3 groups,each group 10 mice.Each mouse was infected with 300 larvae in the area of the left venter.The mice were killed and examined on 1 to 70 days after infection.The results showed that the larvae in all 3 group mice had migrated to the lungs at 24 hours aftre infection,However,the larvae were still discovered in the lungs 70 days lat- er.The 20 days stage larvae first migrated to the small intestines 9 days later.The 40 and 60 days stage larvae to the small intestines 11 days later.The larvae were detected in the tissues of all parts of the mice on 24 hours to 70 days after infection,but still were the undeveloped third stage larvae.
