| 摘 要： | 目的观察面罩无创双水平气道正压通气(BiPAP)在慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)合并慢性呼吸衰竭急性加重的治疗效果。方法入选2006年4月至2008年2月广东省丰顺县人民医院内科病例45例,呼吸机治疗组23例,在常规治疗基础上加用BiPAP无创呼吸机治疗,对照组22例,采用常规治疗基础上加呼吸兴奋剂治疗。对两组患者心率、呼吸频率、血氧饱和度、自觉症状进行比较。结果呼吸机治疗组患者心率、呼吸频率、血氧饱和度、自觉症状的改善优于呼吸兴奋剂治疗组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论无创双水平气道正压机械通气辅助治疗COPD合并慢性呼吸衰竭急性加重具有肯定的疗效、较呼吸兴奋剂有明显的优势,并便于基层医院开展。
