活血化瘀类中药治疗阿尔茨海默病的研究进展

阿尔茨海默病（Alzheimer’s disease，AD）是以Tau蛋白的过度磷酸化和β-淀粉样蛋白沉淀形成的老年斑为主要病理特征的中枢神经系统退行性疾病。中医理论认为AD发生是一个慢性的病理生理过程，不是某单一因素所导致的单一脏器病变，而是由七情内伤，久病耗损，年迈体虚，而致气、血、痰、郁、瘀等病邪为患交互作用所致。近些年来中医对AD的治疗用药研究颇多，并且取得了一定的进展，其中活血化瘀药起到了很大作用，而且化瘀中药的作用与自噬密切相关。现将近年来对AD治疗当中活血化瘀药物的应用综述如下，并对未来关于活血化瘀药物治疗AD的作用进行展望。

Research progress in the treatment of Alzheimer's disease with traditional Chinese Medicine for promoting blood circulation and removing stasis

Alzheimer''s disease (AD) is a degenerative disease of central nervous system which is characterized by hyperphosphorylation of tau protein and senile plaques caused by deposition of beta amyloid. According to traditional Chinese medicine theory, AD is a chronic pathophysiological process, not a single organ disease caused by a single factor, but caused by the interaction of qi, blood, phlegm, depression, blood stasis and other diseases caused by internal injury of seven emotions, long illness and exhaustion, and old body deficiency. Chinese medicine treatment of AD drug research in recent years has made certain progress, especially herbs for promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis play important roles. In this paper, AD treatment for promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis drugs were summarized as follows, and the roles of promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis drugs in the treatment of AD were expected.
