中药改善多器官功能障碍综合征的研究进展

多器官功能障碍综合征（MODS）是临床常见危重症，病因复杂，环节众多，目前单一的治疗方法在临床上不能达到有效的治疗。中医学具有整体观念及辨证论治的特点，针对MODS具有多靶点多环节的治疗优势。本文拟从干预炎症反应、干预组织缺血-再灌注损伤、干预肠道屏障功能破坏和干预微循环障碍等方面对近5年来发表在国内外期刊上的中药防治MODS的研究进展予以综述。

Research advances on improving effects of traditional Chinese medicine in multiple organ dysfunction syndrome

Multiple organ dysfunction syndrome (MODS) is a common condition, with a large number of etiologies and acomplicated treatment. At present, a single treatment method cannot achieve an effective treatment clinically for MODS. Traditional Chinese medicine has the characteristics of holistic concept and syndrome differentiation, and has the advantages of multi-target and multi-step treatment for MODS. This article reviewed the research progress of Traditional Chinese medicines in the prevention and treatment of MODS reported by Chinese and foreign journals in the past five years, which included following aspects such as intervention of inflammatory response, intervention of tissue ischemia-reperfusion injury, intervention of intestinal barrier function destruction, intervention of microcirculation disorders and other aspects.
