大学生心理性应激源变化趋向的研究

目的 通过对大学生心理性应激源变化趋向的研究,得出大学生不同时期心理性应激源的变化特点,为有针对性地进行心理辅导,提高大学生心理应激水平提供帮助.方法 应用大学生心理应激量表,采用分层抽样的方法对大学生进行测试,并对该量表进行信度和效度的检验.结果 大学生心理问题的总趋向呈逐渐递增的趋势.普遍存在的心理问题为:个人就业困难、平时的考试失败、被人误会或错怪.具有较高强度的刺激源为担心个人就业困难、不满或不专心于所在学校或专业、想家思念亲人.琐事对心理的影响强于重大事件.结论 大学生心理性应激源在不同时期各有其特点,但指向性亦非常明显.

Research for the Tendency of the Mental Stress Source of University Student

Objective To obtain the speciality of variable mental stress source of college students in variable period by researching college student's mental stress source vary tendency,provide an aid for that pertinency mental tutorship to university students and advance their mental stress level.Methods Test college students by using college student's mental stress scale and whth delamination sample method and check the reliability and availability of the scale.Results The general tendency of university students is increase by degrees.The comman mental problems are:difficulty to obtain employment,flunk in examination,be misunderstanded.The mental stress source having more intensity are:be afraid not to obtain employment,be discontented for one's specialty or seminary,miss one's family and kin.The minutia influenced the mentality more strong than that the grave event.Conclusion The mental stress source of college students is characteristic in variable period but its orientation is very obvious.
