补阳还五汤对沙土鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤后血清炎性细胞因子IL-1β、ＩＬ-6、TNF-α的影响

目的:探讨补阳还五汤对脑缺血再灌注损伤后炎性细胞因子IL-1β、IL-6、TNF-α蛋白表达的影响。方法:采用Kirino蒙古沙土鼠双侧颈总动脉夹闭脑缺血模型,缺血15min后进行再灌注;于再灌注48h后,测定血清IL-1β、IL-6、TNF-α的含量。结果:补阳还五汤组的IL-1β、IL-6、TNF-α均含量明显低于模型组(P <0.01)和标准对照组(P <0.01),但补阳还五汤组和标准对照组均显著高于假手术组(P <0.01)。结论:补阳还五汤可拮抗脑缺血再灌注损伤后的炎性细胞因子,因而减轻脑缺血再灌注引起的损伤。

The Effects of Bu-Yang-Huan-Wu Decoction on Inflammatory Cellular Factors in Blood Serums after the Injury of Cerebral Ischemia and Reperfusion in Gerbils

To investigate the effects of Bu Yang Huan Wu Decoction (BYHWD)on inflammatory cellular factors. Methods: Cerebral ischemic reperfusion model in gerbils was used. Bilateral carotid arteries were ligated for 15 minutes, then reperfused for 48 hours. The contents of IL-1β, IL-6 and TNF-αin blood serums were detected and compared in different groups. Result: In comparison with ischemia-reperfusion (IR)and standardized-comparison(SC)group, IL-1β?IL-6 and TNF-αwere significantly decreased in BYHWD group(all P <0.01).Compared with sham-operation(SO)group, IL-1β?IL-6 and TNF-αin BYHWD and SC group were significantly increased (P <0.01).Conclusion:BYHWD has a protective effect on nervous injury in cerebral ischemia and reperfusion by reduction of inflammatory cellular factors.
