应用六西格玛方法减少瓶装药物配制后残留量

目的减少瓶装药物配制后残留量,最大限度降低药物浪费。方法应用六西格玛方法,分析可能影响瓶装药物配制后残留量的各种因素,然后对几个较为常见的影响因素进行测量分析,找出影响药物残留量的主要因素,并进行改进。结果发现影响药物残留量的主要因素是瓶塞有无内缺口和是否大瓶(可加入溶剂>10 ml的药瓶),其次是护士的工作态度。通过采用针头斜面贴近瓶中上壁的抽液方法和抽查监控措施,使药物残留量从平均0.357 ml降到0.112 ml。结论应用六西格玛方法为减少药物残留量提供了帮助。学习六西格玛方法,有利于护士工作思路的转变和工作质量的提高。

Application of 6 Sigma in Reducing the Amount of Remain of Bottled Medicine

Objective To reduce the amount of remain of bottled medicine and to reduce the waste to the utmost.Methods Method of 6 Sigma was used to analyze the factors which had influences on the amount of remain of bottled medicine.By measuring and analyzing some common factors,the authors found the main factors and improved them.Results The main factors influencing the amount of remain of bottled medicine were the gaps and the large size of bottle and the secondary factor was nurses' attitude.By drawing medicine through placing needle near on the walls of bottle,and enhancing controlling the amount of remain was reduced from 0.357 ml to 0.112 ml.Conclusion Application of 6 Sigma can help to reduce the amount of remain,change nurse's working idea and improve working quality.
