| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨中重度阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)的治疗方式选择及其疗效。方法:回顾性分析88例中度以上OSAHS患者的不同治疗方式选择及其预后,39例选择局麻下等离子消融术,27例选择全麻下UPPP术,5例选择全麻下UPPP手术同时行舌根等离子消融术,5例行鼻中隔手术,12例行CPAP治疗。结果:术后6月随访复查,88例经过治疗的患者中,治愈31例,占35.2%;显效33例,占37.5%;有效11例,占12.5%;无效13例,占14.8%;总有效率达85.2%。结论:根据病情程度和不同的阻塞部位选择合理的治疗方式,可明显提高治愈率。重度患者需要行多平面甚至多次处理。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the curative effects of various clinical therapeutic methods for moderate or severe obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS).Method:Eighty-eight cases of OSAHS whose AHI deyond 20 were included.Thirty-nine cases were treated by using radiofrequency ablation(RFA).27 cases by UPPP,5 cases by UPPP and RFA,and 12 cases by CPAP.Results:Thirty-one cases(35.2%)were cured,33 cases(37.5%)significently improved,11 cases(12.5%)improved,and 13 cases(14.8%)showed unchanged.Conclusion:The effective methods for treatment of OSAHS should be decided by their AHI degrees and obstructive locations,then the cure rate would be obviously improved.The severe degree of OSAHS needed repeated treatments. |
