| 摘 要： | 本文回顾分析该院1973—1986年14年间收治呼吸道感染患儿住院病例7463例,其中男4726例,女2737例,男:女为1.73:1。疾病包括上呼吸道感染、气管炎、肺炎和小儿哮喘,其中以肺炎为多,占42.0％,依次为上呼吸道感染,哮喘、气管炎。四病皆以婴儿为主共5146例(68.96％)。文中回顾了呼吸系统疾病在本地区的年度分布,季节分布,年龄分布等发病有关因素以及死亡原因的探讨。总病死率为1.78％,其中肺炎1.63％,其次是哮喘0.12％,气管炎0.03％。

| Abstract: | A reviewing analysis was made of 7463 cases of children respiratory dise- ases hospitalized during the years from 1973 through 1986. Among them 4726 cases were males and 2737 were females, with a malefemale ratio of 1.73:1, The discases analysed included pneumonina (42. 01%), upper respiratory in- fection (38. 89%), asthma (9. 54%) and tracheitis (8.56%), Most of the pat- ients were infants (68. 96%). The total death rate was 1.78%, with 1.63% of pneumonia, 0.12% of asthma and 0. 03% of tracheitis, The chronological distributions of the diseases, in this area, and the factors related to the occur rence of the diseases and the causes of death were reviewed and discussed. |
