从血液流变学和坐骨神经传导速度评价中药糖痹康对大鼠糖尿病周围神经病变的影响

摘    要:目的:观察中药复方糖痹康对糖尿病大鼠血液流变学和坐骨神经传导速度的影响。方法:采用链脲佐菌素糖尿病大鼠模型,造模成功后随机分为模型组、弥可保组、糖痹康高、中、低剂量组给药,共给药16周,给药结束后,观察糖痹康对糖尿病大鼠血液流变学和坐骨神经传导速度的影响。结果:治疗16周后,糖尿病大鼠体质量、血糖、血液流变学明显改善,坐骨神经传导速度明显改变;与正常组比较,模型组在4、8、12、16周时的神经传导速度均有明显减慢(P0.01);与模型组比较,弥可保组在4、8、12、16周可明显改善神经传导速度(P0.05),糖痹康低、中、高剂量组在各周均能明显改善神经传导速度(P0.05);与弥可保组比较,糖痹康高剂量组在16周时有更加明显的改善效果(P0.05)。结论:糖痹康能降低糖尿病大鼠血糖、改善血液流变学及坐骨神经传导速度,对糖尿病周围神经病变具有较好的防治作用。这可能是其对糖尿病周围神经病变防治作用的机制之一。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the effect of Tangbikang(TBK) on the blood rheology and siatic nerve conduction velocity in streptozotocin(STZ) induced diabetic rats.Methods: STZ induced diabetic rats were randomly divided into diabetic model group,Mecobalamin group,TBK high dose group,TBK middle dose group and TBK low dose group.The levels of blood rheology and siatic nerve conduction velocity of the animals were checked after 16 weeks’ treatment.Results: The weight,blood sugar,blood rheology and sciatic nerve conduction velocity has obviously changed,Compared with normal group,the MNCV of model group decreased significantly in week 4,week 8,week 12,week 16(P<0.01).Compared with diabetic model group,the MNCV of Mecobalamin group significantly increased in week 4,week 8,week 12,week 16(P<0.05).Compared with diabetic model group,The MNCV of low,middle and high dose TBK groups had significantly improvedin week4,week 8,week12,week 16(P<0.05).Only the high dose TBK group had significant difference in week 16 compared with Mecobalamin group(P<0.05).Conclusion: TBK can reduce the blood sugar,improve the blood rheology and siatic nerve conduction velocity in streptozotocin(STZ) induced diabetic rats,It has good prevention and cure function for diabetic peripheral neuropathy.It may be one of the mechanism on prevention and control of peripheral neuropathy.
