防感颗粒治疗急性上呼吸道感染临床观察

目的观察防感颗粒治疗急性上呼吸道感染的临床疗效。方法将患者随机分为两组,对照组予西医常规治疗,治疗组予防感颗粒口服,5 d后比较两组的疗效。结果治疗组总有效率高于对照组,临床症状缓解和肺部体征恢复时间均明显少于对照组。结论防感颗粒能明显缓解急性上呼吸道感染患者的临床症状,并缩短病程。

Clinical Observation of Fanggan Granule in Acute Upper Respiratory Infection

Objective:To observe the efficacy of Fanggan Granule in acute upper respiratory infections.Methods:Patients of acute upper respiratory infections were randomly assigned to the trial group administrated with Fanggan Granule and the control group used the western therapies.After 5 days,effects in 2 groups were observe and compared in 2 groups.Results:The clinical effective rate in the trial group was significantly higher than that in the control group.Meanwhile,the release time and the recovery time in the trial group were shorter remarkably than those in the control group.Conclusion:Fanggan Granule can relaese the symptome and shorten the disease course in patients with acute upper respiratory infection.
