当归挥发油增强白藜芦醇经皮渗透作用的研究

目的:研究当归挥发油的经皮渗透性及对白藜芦醇经皮渗透的影响。方法:建立白藜芦醇及当归挥发油中主成分藁苯内酯的HPLC测定方法。以离体大鼠皮肤为渗透屏障,Franz扩散池法考察当归挥发油经皮渗透性及对白藜芦醇透皮吸收的影响。结果:0.5%、1.0%、2.0%当归挥发油经皮渗透8h藁苯内酯单位面积累积渗透量分别为(84.88±8.70)、(129.00±8.14)、(157.80±24.52)μg.cm-2.h-1;无当归挥发油与0.5%、1.0%、2.0%的当归挥发油对白藜芦醇透皮吸收的8h单位面积累积透过量分别为(15.08±4.08)、(16.93±3.11)、(48.11±15.93)、(16.74±1.30)μg.cm-2.h-1。结论:当归挥发油对大鼠皮肤具有良好的渗透性,且呈浓度依赖性;当归挥发油对白藜芦醇具有促透作用,其中以1.0%的当归挥发油对白藜芦醇的促透效果最好。

Enhancement of resveratrol percutaneous penetration by the essential oil from Angelica sinensis (Oliv.)Diels

Objective: To study the transdermal characteristics of the essential oil from Angelica Sinensis and the effect on the percutaneous penetration of resveratrol.Methods: To establish HPLC methods for determination of resveratrol and ligustilide which is the main constituent of the essential oil from Angelica Sinensis.SD rat skin was used as permeation barrier.The transdermal characteristics of the essential oil from Angelica Sinensis and the effect on the percutaneous penetration of resveratrol were investigated using Franz diffusion cell.Results: The cumulative permeation amount per unit area of ligustilide in 8h with the essential oil from Angelica Sinensis in 0.5%,1.0%,2.0% were(84.88 ± 8.70)、(129.00 ± 8.14)、(157.80 ± 24.52) μg? cm-2?h-1,respectively.The cumulative permeation amount per unit area of resveratrol in 8h with the essential oil from Angelica Sinensis in 0%,0.5%,1.0%,2.0% were(15.08 ± 4.08)、(16.93 ± 3.11)、(48.11 ± 15.93)、(16.74 ± 1.30) μg? cm-2?h-1,respectively.Conclusion: The essential oil from Angelic Sinesis could penetrate through SD rat skin.Essential oil from Angelica Sinensis can enhance the percutaneous absorption of resveratrol in vitro,among which 1.0% essential oil from Angelic Sinensis showed significant penetration enhancing effect.
