疏血通注射液联合长春西汀治疗后循环缺血疗效分析

目的探讨疏血通注射液联合长春西汀治疗后循环缺血（PCI）的疗效。方法本院神经内科收治的86例PCI患者随机分成治疗组和对照组,所有患者均根据基础疾病酌情予以常规治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用疏血通注射液6 ml,长春西汀注射液30 mg,均为静脉滴注,一日1次。以临床症状、体征改善情况和脑卒中评分量表评价神经功能缺损改善情况;以经颅多普勒血管彩超测量双侧椎动脉血流速度（VA）,同时进行血液流变学指标检测,评价临床治疗效果;根据患者神经功能缺损程度统计显效率和总有效率,比较两组组间差异。结果治疗组显效率（60.47%）高于对照组（39.53%）,总有效率（86.05%）高于对照组（67.44%）,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。两组治疗前后双侧椎动脉峰流速（Vp）、平均流速（Vm）、双侧差值（DVm）均有不同程度改善,治疗组治疗前后差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,对照组仅DVm较治疗前获得具有统计学意义的改善效果（P〈0.05）,治疗后两组间比较差异也有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。血液流变学指标显示,两组治疗后均获得改善,且治疗组更为显著。结论疏血通注射液联合长春西汀对PCI疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。

Efficacy analysis of Shuxuetong injection and vinpocetine for patients with posterior circulation ischemia

Objective To discuss the effect of Shuxuetong injection and vinpocetine for patients with posterior circulation ischemia （PCI）. Methods Eighty six patients with PCI were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. All patients were treated with routine therapy. Treatment group was treated with vinpocetine injection 30 mg plus Shuxuetong injection 6 ml intravenous infusion once a day. According to clinical signs and symptoms, the neurological deficits improvement, the blood flow rate in vertebral artery and the levels of hemorheology index were compared between two groups. Results The obvious effective rate of treatment group （60.47%） was higher than that of control group （39.53%） and the total effective rate of treatment group （86.05%） was higher than that of control group （67.44%）. There was significant difference between two groups （P〈0.05）. After treatment the vertebral artery peak flow （Vp）, the mean flow （Vm） and the difference between both sides （DVm） were improved significantly （P〈0.05）. The levels of hemorheology indexes in treatment group were ameliorated significantly （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Shuxuetong injection plus vinpocetine have good clinical effects on posterior circulation ischemia.
