| 摘 要： | 子宫内膜癌近年发病率明显上升,其治疗方法包括手术治疗、放疗及药物治疗。对于晚期或子宫内膜癌复发患者及要求保留生育能力的年轻患者,临床以激素治疗、化疗和分子靶向治疗等药物治疗为主。本文综述子宫内膜癌药物治疗的研究进展。

| Abstract: | The incidence of endometrial cancer is increasing significantly in recent years. Generally, the treatment of endometrial cancer includes surgery, radiation therapy and medical therapy. For patients with advanced or recurrence endometrial cancer and some young patients who wants to retain fertility, the treatment of medical therapy mainly include hormone therapy, conventional chemotherapy and targeted therapy. This review describes the research progress of drug therapy of endometrial cancer. |
