| Abstract: | Gout is one of the most common inflammatory arthritis in adults. Febuxostat is a new drug for the treatment of hyperuricemia and gout through inhibiting xanthine oxidase. This review summarizes its pharmacokinetic, pharmacological effects and clinical studies. |
