| 摘 要： | 雌激素受体（ER）是类固醇激素受体超家族成员,可调节生殖系统的增殖和分化,进而影响各种生理功能,对肝、肾、脑、骨骼及心血管等系统亦有不同程度的作用。本文综述泌尿系统肿瘤中雌激素受体作用的研究进展。

| Abstract: | Estrogen receptor can modulate the proliferation and differentiation on genital system. Meanwhile, it has a variety of the effects on hepatic, renal, encephalic, skeletal and cardiovascular systems. This article reviews the progress of estrogen receptor＇s effects on urological carcinomas. |
