摘    要:目的 调查中学教师高尿酸血症的检出情况,分析其影响因素。方法 选择参加体检的980名中学教师为研究对象,收集一般人口学资料及体检的相关数据,计量资料用sx±表示,计数资料以率表示,统计学方法选择X2检验,利用多因素回归分析探讨高尿酸血症的影响因素。结果 980名参加体检的中学教师中有116名高尿酸血症者,检出率为11.83%,不同年龄段男女高尿酸血症发病情况有统计学差异(p〈0.01);多元回归分析结果显示血压、高HDL、高TG、BMI、性别和年龄与高尿酸血症有关(p〈0.05)。结论中学教师高尿酸血症有一定的患病率;肥胖、高血压、异常血脂、男性和40-50岁是中学教师发生高尿酸血症的危险因素。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the incidence of hyperuricemia secondary school teachers, analyzes the influence factors. Methods 980 participate in the medical examination of middle school teachers as the research object,data collection of demographic and medical examination,measurement data with sx±,the detection rate of said count data,statistical methods to x2 test, using the multi factor regression analysis to explore theinfluence factors of hyperuricemia. Results There are 116 hyperuricemia 980 to participate in the examination of middle school teachers, the detection rate was 11.83%,men and women of different ages have statistical difference betweenhyperuricemia(p0.01); Multiple regretssion analysis showed that blood pressure, high HDL, high TG,BMI, gender and age of hyperuricemia(p0.01). Conclusion Secondary school teachers hyperuricemia has certain morbidity;obesity,hyprtension, dyslipidemia, male and aged 40-50 were risk factors of ehyperuricemia secondary school teachers.
