| 摘 要： | 目的：检测西宁地区扩张型心肌病并心衰患者的心率变异性，旨在探诉扩张型心肌病并心衰患者心率变异的临床意义。方法对２１例扩张型心肌病并心衰患者的时域及频域各项指标进行分析，并与健康人比较，结果扩张型心肌病患者的时域。各项指标明显低于健康人，结论扩张型心肌病并心衰患者存在交感，迷走神经的功能损害。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical significance of HRV on the patients with dilated cardiomyopathy and heart failure in Xining.Methods: To analyse the data of HRV in 21patients with DCM and compared with 30 normal individuals.Results: The HRV in the patients with DCM were more lower than the health people P<0.01 Conclusion: The sympatho vagal of the patients of DCM could be damaged. |
