高原地区重度妊高征合并脑血管病

我院１９９２年１月至１９９８年６月接生产妇共９５５１例，其中妊娠高血压综合征（妊高征）１８５例，重度妊高征合并脑血管病１４例，占分娩总数的０．１５％，占妊高征的７．５７％。１４例患者抢救成功７例，死亡７例，占５０％。围产儿入院时死列（双胎１例），活婴７例，新生儿死亡１例，围产儿死亡率为５３．３３％。青海西宁海拔２２６１米，气侯塞冷、缺氧。氧分压低（１２．４８ｋＰａ），重度妊高征合并脑血管病发病率高、是青海西宁地区孕产妇死亡的首位原因，围产儿死亡率也很高，其诊断、预防和治疗尤为重要。

SERIOUS HYPERTENSIVE SYNDROME OF PREGNANCY COMPLICATED WITH CEREBRAL VASCULAR DISEASE AT HIGH ALTITUDE

We collected 9551 delivery cases included 185 cases of pregnant hypertensive syndrome from January 1992 to June 1998 in our hospital. \ \ Among them serious hypertensive syndrome of pregnancy complicated with cerebral vascular disease were 14 cases,occupied 0.15% of delivery population,and 7.57% of hypertensive syndrome of pregnancy 7 of 14 cases were treated successfully,7 cases were dead,There were 7 fetal death when prenatal were in hospital (twin 1 case)Living child 7 cases. Neonated death was 1 case ,prenatal death rate was 53.33%,The altitude is 2260 meters in Xining,QingHai.It is cold.Hypoxia and PiO 2 is low (12.48Kpa),Serious hypertensive syndrome of pregnancy with cerebral vascular disease had high incidence and is the main dead cause of pregnant and delivery women in Xining area.It seemed that the mortality of prenatal is higher,as well precaution and treatment are more important. \ \
