| 摘 要： | 导乐式分娩７０例与对照组７０例经对比，得出导乐分娩可使产程缩短，产后出血量减少。认为导乐式分娩是促进产时服务模式转变的一项适宜技术，能保护和支持自然分娩，使母婴更安全、更健康，值得推广使用。

| Abstract: | Laboring by Doula mode for 70 cases and contracting with 70 cases.The method of Doula mode can shorten birth process and decrease postpartum hemorrhage and improve emotional instability.Doula mode is a suitable technology that promoted the change of delivery service.It can protect and support spontaneous labor to make mother and infant more safety and healthy. |
