| 摘 要： | 目的 讨论肝转移瘤的ＣＴ特征及其产生的病理基础。方法 分析和总结６０例其原发性灶经病理证实，并由临床和ＣＴ诊断的为肝转移瘤的ＣＴ特征，结合肝转移瘤的病理特点，探讨二者之间的关系。结果 肝转移的ＣＴ特征是以其病理变化为基础的，ＣＴ特征与转移瘤的大体观是一致的。结论 理解肝转移ＣＴ特征的病理基础，有助于提高肝转移瘤ＣＴ诊断水平和检查方法的改进。

| Abstract: | prupose:To explore the CT findings and its pathological basis of metastasis hepatic carcinoma(MHC),Meterial and Methods:To analyse CT findings of 60 cases MHC whose primary carcinoma had been clearly diagnosed by pathological examinahon and to explore lhe relationship between the CT finding and pathological character. Result:The CT findings of MHC are based on pathological change and paralleled to its overview. Conclusion: It is useful method to promote the level of CT diagnosis under the pathological basis of MHC. |
