保尔佳联合常规化疗方案介入治疗中晚期胃癌的近期疗效观察

目的 进行保尔佳高浓度介入动脉灌注＋常规化疗方案治疗中晚期胃癌疗效观察。方法 ３０例随机分为治疗组和对照组，各１５例；两组治疗均用ＰＤＤ＋ＴＨＰ＋５ＦＵ法，同时治疗组用保尔佳每次动脉灌注１０ｕｇ，术后口服保尔佳片剂１００ｕｇ，３次／日，连续用１０天。结果 治疗组ＣＲ２例，ＳＤ２例，ＰＲ８例，有效率（ＣＲ＋ＰＲ）为６６．７％，稳定率（ＰＲ＋ＣＲ＋ＳＤ）为９３．３％，对照组ＣＲ２例，ＰＲ７例，有效率（

objedve to explors the effect of arterial infusion with high dose polyega plusroutine chemotherapy in the treatment of stomach carcinoma. Method:30 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group each group included 15 cases. Both groups were treated with PDD THP 5 - Fu Treatment grorp combined with ar- terial infusion with poyega loug, and taken tablet 100ug x 3/day tased for 10 days. Results: there are 2CR and 4SD in the treatment gnup and the response rae was(CR PR)of 66 .7%; stable rate was(CR PD SD)93 .3%,The re-sponse rate of coned was 46 .6%;and the stable rate 60%. Conclusion: the effect of the method is more obviously than the coned group, suggesting that the.
