| 摘 要： | 目的探讨应用镇痛泵对前列腺摘除术后膀胱痉挛的治疗作用。方法经膀胱前列腺摘除术后病人98例,随机分为实验组(58例)和对照组(40例),实验组病人术后留置硬膜外导管,连接自控镇痛泵(PCA),对照组病人术后拔除硬膜外导管,分别观察记录两组不同时段膀胱痉挛的次数并进行比较。结果实验组病人术后不同时段膀胱痉挛次数均明显少于对照组,两组比较差异有显著性(t=17.7~22.9,P<0.01)。结论自控镇痛泵的应用,对前列腺摘除术后预防病人膀胱痉挛疗效显著,且副作用小,安全性高,减少了护理人员的工作压力,值得临床推广应用。

| Abstract: | ObjectiveTo assess the effect of patient-controlled-analgesia pump(PCAP) in easing bladder spasm after prostatectomy.MethodsThis study consisted of 98 cases,which were randomly divided into experimental group(58 cases)and control group(40 cases).The epidural catheter joining PCAP were kept in the experimental group,while it was removed in the control group.The frequency of bladder spasm in different time of patients in both groups was observed.ResultsThe frequency of bladder spasm in the experimental group reduced obviously compared with the control group(t=17.7-22.9,P<0.01).(ConclusionThe) application of PCAP can effectively prevent the occurrence of bladder spasm in patients after prostatectomy with low side-effects and high safety. |
