脑卒中后抑郁患者血5-羟色胺含量的研究

目的:探讨脑卒中后抑郁(PSD)患者血5-羟色胺(5-HT)含量变化。方法:用酶联免疫法测定患者血5-HT含量。结果:与脑卒中后无抑郁症患者和抑郁症患者相比,PSD患者血小板5-HT含量降低而血浆5-HT含量升高;病灶位于左侧大脑前和大脑中动脉供血区的PSD患者血小板5-HT含量降低较明显,而血浆5-HT含量升高较明显;PSD患者的抑郁程度与血小板5-HT含量呈负相关,而与血浆5-HT含量呈正相关。结论:PSD患者血小板5-HT含量降低而血浆5-HT含量升高,两者均与病灶部位和抑郁程度有关。

Study of 5-HT Concentration in Blood of Post-stroke Depression Patients

Aim:To explore the change of 5-hydroxyptamine(5-HT)concentration in blood of post-stroke depressio(nPSD)patients.Methods:Concentration of 5-HT in blood of every patients was determined by the enzyme immunoassay methods.Results:Compared with stroke no depression patients and depression patients,concentration of 5-HT in platelet of PSD patients decreased,but concentration of 5-HT in plasma of PSD patients increased.Concentration of 5-HT in platelet of PSD patients whose focus were supplied by left middle cerebral artery and left anterior cerebral artery decreased obviously,but the concentration in plasma increased clearly.There was a negative correlation between concentration of 5-HT in platelet of PSD patients and degree of depression,but the concentration in plasma was a positive correlation.Conclusion:Concentration of 5-HT in platelet of PSD patients decreased,but the concentration in plasma increased.And concentration of 5-HT in blood of PSD patients was associated with location of focus and degree of depression.
